Ingredients For mexican chicken bake

  • 3 c
    cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 bag
    crushed tortilla chips
  • 1 can
    fire roasted diced tomatoes
  • 1 can
    chopped green chilis
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 pkg
    cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 tsp
    chili powder & onion powder

How To Make mexican chicken bake

    Pre-heat oven to 350°. In medium bowl slightly melt cream cheese in microwave until smooth. Drain tomatoes & chilies then add to bowl. Mix in soup until combined. Add 2/3 cheese, chicken & spices.

    In 9x9 dish layer 1st crushed chips (about 1/3) then layer half of chicken/cheese mixture. Repeat layers. Top with remaining cheese & chips.

    Bake sbout 30 minutes until sides are bubbly & top is slightly browned.
