Ingredients For mexican chicken and vegetables

  • 1 Tbsp
    oil
  • 3/4 lb
    boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 lg
    onion chopped
  • 1 tsp
    chili powder (optional)
  • 1 bag
    birdsege farm fresh broccoli,corn and red peppers
  • 1/2 c
    salsa
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt

How To Make mexican chicken and vegetables

  • 1
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add chicken: Brown on both sides. Add onion and chili powder, cook and stir until onion is tender.

    Stir in vegetables, salsa, water and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low , cover and simmer 5 minutes or until vegetables are heated through.
