3 tspfrozen orange juice concentrate

2 tsptamari

1/2 tspgranulated garlic

1/2 tspcornstarch

2 Tbspvegetable oil

1 lbboneless, skinless chicken breast cut into thin strips

1/4 lbbroccoli florets
-
2 mdcarrots cut into 1 inch matchsticks

1 smwhite onion cut into 16 wedges

1 cansliced water chestnuts, drained

1 canmandarin orange segments, drained

4 tspsliced almonds
How To Make mandarin chicken stir-fry

1In a small bowl whisk together orange juice concentrate, tamari, granulated garlic and cornstarch, set aside.

2Heat oil in a large skilled over medium high heat.

3Add chicken strips and stir fry for 3 minutes.

4Add onion, broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts. Stir fry for 6 minutes.

5Add sauce, cook 1 to 2 minutes.

6Remove from heat-gently stir in mandarin segments.

7Serve over hot rice or lo mein noodles, top with almond slices.
