Ingredients For low carb garlic parmesan chicken wings

  • 8
    chicken wings
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp
    oregano
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • GARLIC PARMESAN SAUCE
  • 1/4 c
    unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 clove
    garlic minced (or garlic powder to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    onion powder
  • dash
    black pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    parmesan cheese, grated

How To Make low carb garlic parmesan chicken wings

  • 1
    Cut the chicken wings at the joints and discard the tip. Season the chicken with garlic powder, cumin, oregano and salt. Fry the wings in oil til crisp and done.

    Note: if baking these wings, bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Turn at the 30 minute mark.

    In a bowl, mix the melted butter with the garlic powder, salt, onion powder and black pepper.
  • 4
    Pour butter mixture over the chicken pieces and mix in. Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken. Serve immediately.
