Ingredients For lemon-rum chicken

  • 3
    whole chicken breasts, split
  • 1/4 c
    rum
  • 1/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp
    honey
  • 1/4 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried tarragon
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make lemon-rum chicken

  • 1
    Remove skin from each chicken breast half. Combine remaining ingredients and brush on both sides of chicken pieces. Arrange chicken in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in 400 degrees preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
