kj's baked chicken with wine
I don't drink, so really don't know a thing about wines of any kind. After spending many hours at the local State Liquor Store, learning about all the wines, I have concluded that you can use any that you prefer to cook with, rather white or red. My taste is more towards woody, fruit wine, some are Greek, some, Spanish. Think I have covered half of Europe in my cooking. I even use it in making my spaghetti sauce when I can it in summer. Be open minded and try cooking with all kinds of liquor!
