Ingredients For honey mustard chicken casserole

  • 2 c
    cooked chicken, cubed
  • 8 c
    frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c
    reduced fat honey mustard dressing
  • 1/4 c
    reduced fat sour cream
  • 1 1/4 c
    reduced fat shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • sliced green onions

How To Make honey mustard chicken casserole

  • 1
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients and half of the mozzarella cheese. Spread mixture into a lightly greased 13x9 casserole dish. Cook uncovered at 400 for 35 minutes. Remove casserole and top with remaining mozzarella cheese. Return to oven for another 10 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned and melted. Top with green onions if desired. Enjoy!
