My family loved this sweet and tangy chicken. It goes wonderful with a side like rice pilaf.

Ingredients For honey-mustard chicken

1/3 cspicy brown mustard

1/3 choney
-
1 tspdried dill weed

1/4 tsplemon extract

2 lbchicken thighs
How To Make honey-mustard chicken

1Preheat oven to 400F. Combine mustard and honey in a bowl. Add lemon extract and dill.

2Line a backing sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin side down, on prepared pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken.

3Turn chicken over. Gently pull back skin and brush meat with sauce. Gently pull skin back over sauce. Brush skin with remaining sauce.

4Bake until juices run clear when thickest portion of meat is pierced, about 30 minutes.
