    yogurt pina colata or coconut
  • 1/4 c
    mayonnaise
  • 8 oz
    crushed pineapple drained
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/8 tsp
    pepper
  • 2/3 c
    seedless grapes halved
  • 1/4 c
    chopped celery
  • 1/4 c
    green onions
  • 1/2 c
    sliced almonds (toasted optional)
  • tony chachere seasoning to taste
  • 1 lb
    boneless skinless chicken breast (cooked and chopped)

How To Make holiday pineapple chicken salad

  • 1
    Combine the yogurt, Blue Plate Mayo, Crushed Pineapple, salt, and Pepper in a large. Add the chicken, grapes, celery, green onion, and sliced almonds; fold to combine. Chill salad for 30 minutes for best flavor
