Ingredients For herbed chicken

4boneless, skinless, chicken breasts

1/3 ccornmeal

1 tspmarjoram, dried

1/2 tspdry mustard

1/2 tsprosemary, dried

1 tsppaprika
-
2eggs, beaten

oil
How To Make herbed chicken

1Beat eggs in a bowl. In a shallow dish, mix cornmeal, marjoram, paprika, rosemary and mustard well.

2Dip each chicken breast in egg to coat. Then dip in cornmeal mixture to coat thoroughly.

3Place chicken in a baking dish in a single layer. Brush the top of each breast lightly with oil.

4Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until chicken is done.
