Ingredients For healthy buffalo chicken nuggets

  • 1/3 c
    whole wheat bread crumbs, like 4c
  • 1 tsp
    onion powder
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    chicken breast, cut into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    hot sauce

How To Make healthy buffalo chicken nuggets

    Heat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet w/ cooking spray. In bowl, combine bread crumbs, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper and pepper.

    In another bowl add chicken and hot sauce, toss to coat. Place chicken, one at a time into bread crumb mix, roll to coat evenly.

    Place chicken on baking sheet. Bake 10 mins, Turn chicken over and bake 8-10 mins more.
