I love Chinese food. I don't like the fat in the deep fried Sesame chicken. This is a delicious lower fat version.You won't even know you are eating low fat. It is really really good. Believe me you will go back for seconds. Enjoy!!

Ingredients For guilt free sesame chicken

3good size boneless skinless chicken breast halves cubed
-
2 Tbspcanola oil ( note you may need to cook chicken in 2 batches. just cut canola oil in half)
- SAUCE
-
4 Tbsphoney
-
1 tspsesame oil
-
3 Tbspsesame seeds
-
3 Tbspsoy sauce( i use tamari)
-
2 clovegrated or pressed garlic
-
2 tspcorn starch
-
1/4 tspwhite pepper
-
3 Tbspchopped scallions
- COATING FOR CHICKEN
-
2egg whites
-
1/3 ccorn starch
-
a dash of salt and pepper
- RICE
-
1 - 2 ccook rice according to directions on bag or box white or brown
- BROCOLLI

2 - 3 csteamed broccoli crowns
How To Make guilt free sesame chicken

1Start cooking the rice according to directions on box or bag. Omit rice for low carb diets.

2Mix all ingredients together for sauce,and set aside.

3Cut up chicken in to 1 1/2 inch chunks. (MAKE SURE CHICKEN IS DRY,OR THE CORN STARCH MIXTURE WILL NOT STICK) if mixture is to thin. Add more corn starch.

4whisk the egg whites in a bowl and add the corn starch salt and pepper. Whisk all together well. Toss chicken in the egg white mixture to coat. Fry in 2 batches. Fry in large pan with Canola oil until no pink shows,and golden brown.

5Steam Broccoli to desired tenderness. Add broccoli to pan with chicken. Pour the sauce over the chicken and Broccoli and toss to coat.Cook 1 minute. Serve over white or brown rice.
