1 tspmorton lite salt

1/4 tsppepper

3 Tbspoil

4skinless, boneless chicken breasts pounded (i generally cut through the chicken breast lengthwise to make a thinner breast)

fat-free sour cream
How To Make grilled mexican chicken breast

1Combine the first nine ingredients in a large bowl. Add the chicken breasts and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for as little as 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.

2Grill the chicken over medium heat until just cooked through, being careful not to overcook as they will dry out.

3Serve with a squeeze of lime juice and a dollop of fat-free sour cream.
