    cooked chicken cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups
    chopped bell pepper
  • 1
    clove, garlic minced
  • 1 1/2
    teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2
    cup bottled chili sauce
  • 1
    16oz can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 2
    16oz can chili beans
  • 1/3
    cup water
  • 3
    tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1/3
    cup packed light brown sugar
  • 4 1/2
    teaspoons chili powder
  • 2
    teaspoons ground cummin
  • 1 1/2
    teaspoons coriander
  • 1 1/2
    teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 1/2
    teaspoons sweetened cocoa powder

How To Make great chicken pumpkin chili

    Cut pie pumkin in half, discard seeds and pulp. Place pumpkin, cut side down on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until tender remove from oven and let cool till holdable

    Meanwhile , cook chicken, bell pepper, onion and garlic in hot oil until chicken is brown. Add all remaining ingrediants, except pumpkin, Bring to boiling reduce heat to a simmer cook 1 hour, stirring occasionally

    Cut the pumpkin reserved into 1/4 inch inch pieces oh make sure to remove the rind from the pumpkin. Add to simmering chili and cook 20 minutes. Done cool slightly and serve
