Ingredients For easy creamy spinach chicken

  • 4
    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz
    reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c
    grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 c
    light mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp
    lemon juice
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp
    cayenne pepper
  • 1
    10 oz box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed dry

How To Make easy creamy spinach chicken

    Heat oven to 350. Lightly spray a 8" square baking dish w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients.

    Mix well. Spread mix evenly over each chicken breast. Bake about 35 mins.
