1 Tbspapricot jam

1 tspdijon mustard

3 Tbsptomato ketchup

1 Tbspworcestershire sauce

1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 pinchcayenne pepper

1 lgclove garlic, crushed

salt and pepper to taste
How To Make devilled chicken

1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased or sprayed shallow, oven-proof dish.

2In a small bowl, mix together the jam, mustard, Cayenne pepper, and garlic until smooth. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

3Pour mixture over the chicken pieces, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
