Ingredients For devilled chicken

  • 4
    thighs or breasts of chicken
  • 1 Tbsp
    apricot jam
  • 1 tsp
    dijon mustard
  • 3 Tbsp
    tomato ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp
    worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 pinch
    cayenne pepper
  • 1 lg
    clove garlic, crushed
  • salt and pepper to taste

How To Make devilled chicken

  • 1
    Season the chicken with salt and pepper and place in a greased or sprayed shallow, oven-proof dish.

    In a small bowl, mix together the jam, mustard, Cayenne pepper, and garlic until smooth. Add the ketchup, Worcestershire, soy sauce, salt and pepper.

    Pour mixture over the chicken pieces, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover with a lid and bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for one hour.
