Ingredients For delectable chicken tarragon w/ lemon

  • 2 lb
    skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1
    onion, sliced into rings
  • 1-1/2 tsp
    fresh tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp
    poultry seasonings
  • 1 Tbsp
    pure lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    each, salt and pepper
  • 1 can
    reduced-fat cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 c
    milk

How To Make delectable chicken tarragon w/ lemon

    Heat oven to 375. Lightly spray a (' x 13" baking pan w/ cooking spray. Place chicken in pan. Pour lemon juice over chicken.

    Place onions over chicken. In bowl, whisk together seasonings, soup and milk. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered 40 mins, or until juices run clear.
