Ingredients For curry barbecued chicken

2(2 1/2-3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, ready to cook- cut up

1/2 ccooking oil

1 tspgrated lime zest

1/4 clime juice

1 tspgrated onion
-
1garlic clove, minced
-
2 tspcurry powder
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/2 tspground cumin
-
1/2 tspground coriander
-
1/4 tspcinnamon
-
1/4 tsppepper

lime slice

How To Make curry barbecued chicken

1Combine cooking oil, lime zest and juice, onion, garlic, curry powder,salt, cumin, coriander, cinnamon and pepper.

2Place chicken in large zip lock bag and pour marinade over chicken.

3Chill 4 to 6 hrs, turning bag occasionally to coat evenly.

4Remove chicken pieces and reserve marinade.

5Place chicken, bone side down over medium-hot coals (or heat).

6Brush chicken with marinade frequently.

7Grill for about 25 minutes.

8Turn chicken over and grill 15 to 20 mins more, continuing to apply marinade.

9Garnish with lime slices and parsley.
