crusty honey-nut chicken
This is one of my kids' favorite dishes. You can use a different nut if you like.

Ingredients For crusty honey-nut chicken

5chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/4 choney
-
1/4 cpecans, chopped

1/4 ccorn flakes, lightly crushed

mayonnaise
How To Make crusty honey-nut chicken

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2In a bowl, mix cornflakes and pecans. Add honey and mix well. Mixture should be sticky but crumbly.

3Pound chicken with mallet until it is 1/4 inch thick.

4Place in a baking dish in a single layer.

5Brush each breast lightly with mayonnaise. Crumble the pecan mixture over the mayonnaise.

6Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until chicken is done and crust is golden brown,
