Another delicious casserole that was a hit with my family. They loved the crunch of the Panko's and the cheesy layer beneath. I served alone, but would be great with a tossed salad or a vegetable on the side. Enjoy!

How To Make ~ crunchy cheesy chicken casserole ~

  • 1
Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray an 11 x 7 baking dish with non stick cooking spray or grease. Cook bacon crisp and drain, crumble. Par cook celery in microwave, until tender crisp, or could saute in a little butter for a few minutes. If you like it on the crispy side, can add it raw. I prefer to par cook for a few minutes.

In a medium sized bowl, stir together the chicken, bacon, celery, onion, salt, pepper, sour cream, soup, corn, parsley and garlic, mix well.

Top with cheese and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and beginning to bubble.

  • 6
Place back into the oven and continue baking for another 15 - 20 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs begin to golden.
