2 lbchicken breast halves, skinless and boneless cut in bite-size pieces

1/4 call purpose flour

1/2 tspblack pepper

1 Tbspcanola oil

1/4 csoy sauce

2 Tbsprice wine vinegar

2 Tbspketchup

1 Tbspbrown sugar

1 clovegarlic, minced
-
1/2 tspgrated fresh ginger

1/4 tspred pepper flakes

1/2 ccashews
How To Make crockpot cashew chicken

1Combine flour and pepper in a large Ziploc bag. Add chicken. Shake to coat with flour mixture.

2Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Brown chicken about 2 minutes on each side. Place chicken in slow cooker.

3Combine soy sauce, vinegar, ketchup, sugar, garlic, ginger, and pepper flakes in small bowl; pour over chicken. Cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. Add cashews and stir. Serve over rice.

4If you want more sauce to pour over the chicken and rice, double the sauce ingredients.
