An easy to make, creamy, delicious meal which is true comfort food. Start it when you're leaving for the day and come home to a great dinner. Wonderful served over rice, noodles, bow tie pasta, etc.

Ingredients For crock pot creamy mushroom chicken

  • 2 lb
    boneless chicken breasts, cut into medium pieces
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 can
    (10 ounce) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 can
    (10 ounces) cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 c
    sherry wine
  • 1 can
    (4 ounces) mushrooms, sliced, drained

    Place chicken pieces in slow cooker.

    In saucepan, combine remaining ingredients. Heat until smooth and hot. Pour over chicken.

    Cover, cook over low hear 6-8 hours. Serve wonderful sauce over rice or noodles.
