My favorite way to eat these are with country gravy... but a good honey mustard or a chipotle ranch is certainly delicious too. Omit the cayenne for a non spicy option for the kids :)

Ingredients For crispy & spicy chicken breast strips

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

4 citalian bread crumbs
-
2 Tbspchefs seasoning no salt
-
2 Tbspcayenne pepper
-
2 tspkosher salt
-
2eggs, beaten
-
canola oil for frying
How To Make crispy & spicy chicken breast strips

1Cut chicken breast in half, longwise, as if you were butterflying but cut completely apart.

2Cut pieces into strips.

3Mix dry ingredients together in shallow dish and beat eggs in another dish.

4Dip chicken strips into beaten egg.

5Then roll chicken in the bread crumb mixture while turning and pressing the crumbs onto the strips firmly.

6add canola oil to frying pan about 1/4 - 1/2 inch deep. Heat on med high then add chicken.

7Cook on both sides until nice dark golden brown about 3-5 minutes per side.

8Drain on paper towel and serve with your favorite dipping sauce or country gravy. Yummilicious!
