2whole chickens cut into serving pieces

1/4 cdijon mustard

1/4 cmayonnaise

1/2 critz crackers, finely crushed (more as needed)

1/4 cparmesan cheese, grated

2 Tbspoil
How To Make crispy oven-fried chicken

1Sprinkle chicken pieces with black pepper and garlic powder.

2Combine mustard and mayonnaise - mix thoroughly. Coat the chicken with mustard mixture.

3Combine cracker crumbs and parmesan cheese. Sprinkle cracker crumbs lightly over the chicken.

4Place chicken in one layer in a 12 x16 inch baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle oil over the chicken and continue to bake until chicken is tender and cooked through.
