This crispy baked chicken is a comforting and hearty dish. It can be served with buttered spaetzle for a delicious cold-weather dinner as Patricia suggests. Or, serve with mashed potatoes and your favorite veggies. The chicken pieces have a golden brown, toasty, and crispy exterior once baked. Seasoning with Adobo powder, paprika, and poultry seasoning adds a nice flavor. Baking in butter adds even more flavor and richness. This is made with a cut-up chicken, but boneless chicken breasts or chicken thighs can be substituted too.

    unsalted butter, melted
