Ingredients For creamy, crunchy chicken casserole

3 ccooked, cubed chicken breast

1 csliced celery

1 cred bell pepper, chopped

3/4 cshredded cheddar cheese

1 cancream of chicken soup

6 ozplain, low-fat yogurt

1/4 csliced scallions

1 Tbsplemon juice

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 ccrushed cornflakes

1/4 csliced almonds
How To Make creamy, crunchy chicken casserole

1Heat oven to 400. Lightly spray a lg casserole dish w/ cooking spray. In lg bowl, stir together chicken, celery, red bell pepper, cheese, soup, yogurt, scallions, lemon juice and pepper.

2Spoon into casserole dish. In another bowl, stir together cornflakes and almonds. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered 30 mins.
