I cook this in a large 7 qt crock pot. If you are using a smaller one just cut the recipe down a bit.

Ingredients For creamy chicken rice and mushrooms

2-3 lgchicken, boneless and skinless breast
-
1 can26 oz. family size can cream of chicken soup
-
1 can26 oz. can cream of mushroom soup

2 box32 oz. boxes chicken broth
-
3 cinstant rice
-
2 can6.5 oz cans of mushrooms (drained)

1 Tbspdried celery flakes ( more or less )

1 1/2 tspcourse ground black pepper ( or to your taste)
How To Make creamy chicken rice and mushrooms

1In slow cooker add chicken, soup,chicken broth, mushrooms,celery flakes and pepper. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and can be easily shredded with a fork.

2Remove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in crock pot.

3Turn off crock pot and add rice. Allow to sit for 1/2 an hour or until rice is cooked. Serve and enjoy.
