Ingredients For creamy cajun chicken pasta

    boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 oz
    linguine cooked al dente
  • 2 tsp
    cajun seasoning mix, your own or store bought, be sure it is not high in sodium
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1
    thinly sliced green onion
  • 1-2 c
    heavy whipping cream
  • 2 Tbsp
    chopped sun dried tomatos
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried basil
  • 1/8 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesan cheese

How To Make creamy cajun chicken pasta

    Place chicken and Cajun seasoning in a bowl and toss to coat

    In a large skillet, over medium heat sauté the chicken in butter until tender, 5-7 minutes

    Reduce heat, add green onions, heavy cream,basil, salt, garlic powder, black pepper and heat through.

    Pour over hot linguine and toss with parmesan cheese
