This is easy and kids like it as well as adults. Time savers are always a part of my recipes. What vegetables you wish to use is up to you. That is one way you can make this your own. A great way to use left overs as well.

Ingredients For country chicken casserole

  • 1 can
    condensed cream of celery soup
  • 1 can
    condensed cream of potato soup
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    dried thyme leaves, crushed
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground black pepper
  • 4 c
    cooked cut-up vegetables
  • 2 c
    cubed cooked chicken or turkey
  • 4 c
    herb seasoned stuffing

How To Make country chicken casserole

  • 1
    In medium large bowl, mix the soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables (we use green beans and carrots) and chicken. Pour mixed ingredients into 3 quart shallow baking dish. Top with the stuffing.

    Bake at 400 for 25 minutes or until stuffing is golden brown.
