Ingredients For cool chick salad

2 cchopped cooked chicken breast

1 ccanned black beans, drained and rinsed

1 1/2 cdiced tomatoes

1 cwhole kernal corn

1/2 cdiced red onions

1/4 cchopped fresh coriander
- DRESSING

2 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspolive oil
-
1/2 tspeach ground cumin and sugar

1/4 tspeach salt and black pepper
How To Make cool chick salad

1Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.

2In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over bean mixture and stir until dressing is evenly distributed.

3Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
