8 ozcream cheese

1 cancorn (regular sized can)

1 canrotel

1 canpinto beans (regular sized can) or black beans

salt and pepper

How To Make cinco de mayo crockpot chicken - steph

1Place frozen chicken breast tenderloins in the bottom of a crockpot. Add Rotel; drain and add corn. Add whole can of beans. Then place block of cream cheese on top of it all.

2Cook on high for five hours or low for approximately 8 hours.

3You can either shred the chicken or eat it whole. Serve over rice. You can add a sprinkle of cumin, dollop of sour cream, cilantro or diced tomatoes over all for some extra flavor. ENJOY!
