Ingredients For chicken with zesty pineapple salsa
- CHICKEN

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1 1/2 corange juice

3 Tbsplime juice

1 Tbspcrushed garlic

salt and pepper to taste
- SALSA
-
1 1/2 cfresh pineapple, cut into small chunks (can also use crushed pineapple, drained)

1jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
-
1/2 cfinely chopped red bell pepper
-
1/4 cred onion, chopped
-
1/4 cfresh cilantro, chopped
How To Make chicken with zesty pineapple salsa

1Make slits in the chicken breasts with the tip of a sharp knife to allow the marinade to soak into the breasts. Place breasts in a plastic container.

2Mix juices, garlic salt and pepper. Pour over breasts and refrigerate. Turn often at the start to allow as much marinade as possible to soak in. Refrigerate overnight.

3Combine salsa ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set aside while cooking the chicken.

4Grill or bake chicken until juices run clear. Top with the salsa before serving.
