Ingredients For chicken & vegetables over biscuits

2-3boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 cwater

1 Tbspchicken bouillon granules

1 cancream of potato soup

1 bagmixed vegetables, frozen

1 Tbspparsley flakes
-
1 tspdill, dried
-
salt & pepper, as needed

4biscuits, your favorite
How To Make chicken & vegetables over biscuits

1In a large saucepan, boil your chicken breasts in bouillon until cooked through about 30 minutes. Remove chicken let it cool a bit. Then tear it into chunks.

2Keep about 2-3 cups of your chicken stock in the pan and add your chicken, soup, vegetables, parsley, dill, and Salt & pepper.

3Let this cook on medium heat for 30 minutes or until creamy and bubbly. Split you biscuits open and serve mixture over the top. This serves 2 nicely.
