How To Make chicken parm
-
1Wash chicken and pat dry. Heat oil in heavy cast iron pan, saute peppers and onions, then as they are simmering, cut up one potato into small chunks.
-
2Remove the onions and peppers and brown the potatoes. Now mix your eggs with milk in one dish, the bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken pieces in egg and then coat with the bread crumbs. brown on both sides at a medium heat.
-
3While they are browning mix your can of tomatoes and tomato paste with spices. Put on stove to simmer and add your peppers and potatoes ~ I also put some frozen baby peas in ~
-
4Now when your chicken is cooked put some cheese on each one cover pan to melt the cheese.
-
5Boil your pasta to taste. Now you can pour your sauce over the pasta and chicken. I serve with a salad and Italian Bread.
