Ingredients For chicken paprikash

3 Tbspolive oil

1 lgonion chopped

4 Tbspgarlic minced

2 tspsweet paprika

2 Tbspbetter than bouillon chicken

1whole chicken cut up

enough water to cover chicken

2 csour cream
-
1/2 cwater

4 Tbspflour

3 tspseasoning salt

2 lgeggs
-
1 1/2 cwater

3 cflour

1 tspsalt

2 Tbspdried cilantro
How To Make chicken paprikash

1Place oil in large stock pot. Add onion and saute until translucent. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Take off heat and add paprika. Place chicken pieces in pot with seasoning salt. Cover with just enough water to cover chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer for 25 minutes.

2While chicken is simmering mix the sour cream, water, and flour together until smooth. Set aside.

3Mix eggs, water , flour and salt together. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. drop dough by spoonfulls into boiling water. cook until they raise to the top and then remove with slotted spoon.

4Remove chicken from pot. Stir in sour cream mixture. Place on stove to simmer. Debone chicken and add back to pot. Serve over dumplings. Top with dried cilantro.
