Pancit is Fillipino for noodle. The Chinese introduced noodles to the Philippines and it has been adopted into their cuisine. So basically this is a chicken and noodle dish but with and Asian flair. Very tasty

Ingredients For chicken pancit

2 lgchicken breasts

3 Tbspbaking soda

2 cchicken broth

1knorr's homestyle chicken bouillon

3/4 ccelery diced

1/3 cscallions chopped

1 ccarrots juilienned

2 Tbspolive oil

3 Tbspsoy sauce

4 clovegarlic

1 pkgrice noodles

1 mdonion chopped

1/4head of cabbage chopped
How To Make chicken pancit

1Cut chicken into bite size pieces and gently pat baking soda on chicken and let set at room temp for thirty minutes. Then rinse well now chicken is ready to use.

2Heat oil in skillet. Add onion, and garlic and saute until translucent. Add chicken and cook until almost done.

3Meanwhile soak the rice noodles in warm water until softened.

4Add chicken broth to skillet and the rest of the vegetables. Cook for about 5 minutes.

5Add rice noodles and soy sauce. Cook 5 more minutes.
