Ingredients For chicken or ground beef enchilada casserole

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 2 pkg
    mccormick enchiladas sauce
  • 1 bag
    tortilla chips
  • 1 bag
    mexican blend shredded cheese

How To Make chicken or ground beef enchilada casserole

  • 1
    Make sauce as directed on pkg.
  • 2
    Cook chicken or ground beef. Mix a little sauce with chicken or ground beef.

    Layer chips and meat until 9x13 dish is full. Pour remaining sauce over top and top with cheese.

    Cook at 350% until bubbly
