Ingredients For chicken lo mein

2 pkgramen noodles

1 pkgchicken flavoring (from ramen )

1 tspground ginger
-
1/8 tspgarlic powder
-
1 tspsoy sauce
-
3/4 csesame oil
-
1 canbroccoli florets
-
1 mdcarrot, peeled and sliced

1/2 cmushroom slices
-
2chicken breasts, cooked and cubed

1 cbean sprouts
-
1 canwater chestnuts, drained

2 Tbspbell pepper, diced
-
2green onions, sliced small
-
1 smyellow squash, diced
How To Make chicken lo mein

1Cook noodles according to directions and drain. Heat oil in large skillet or wok.

2Add carrot, broccoli and bell pepper. Stir-Fry 2 to 3 minutes.

3Add remaining vegetables. Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes.

4Add chicken, seasonings and flavor packet from Ramen. Mix well.

5Add soy sauce. Heat through.

6Add noodles and toss to coat. Be sure noodles and veggies are mixed well.

7**You might want to break the noodles in half for easier mixing.
