Ingredients For chicken fettuccini

  • 2 pkg
    boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 md
    green or red bell peppers, diced
  • 2 lg
    onions, diced
  • 2 can
    rotel with green chiles
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup or cream of shrimp soup
  • 2 pkg
    large egg noodles
  • 2 stick
    oleo
  • creole seasoning
  • 16 oz
    velveeta cheese

How To Make chicken fettuccini

    Season chicken breast with seasoning. In a large pot melt sticks of oleo, brown chicken breast whole. When chicken breast are lightly brown remove & add onions and peppers, sauté until vegetables are tender. Usually about 10-15 minutes.

    Add rotel to vegetables and let simmer for 10 minutes. While rotel and vegetables are simmering cut and cube chicken breast. When rotel is done add cream of mushroom or shrimp which ever you choose along with chicken breast back to pot. Let cook for 30-45 minutes more. Add Velveeta cheese at this time and let melt completely.

    In another pot boil noodles according to directions on package. When noodles are done add to chicken mixture.
