Ingredients For chicken enchiladas

  • 4 lg
    chicken breast
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 can
    cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c
    salsa
  • 6-8
    tortillas, flour
  • 1 can
    red enchilada sauce
  • 4 oz
    chedder cheese

How To Make chicken enchiladas

    Pre-heat oven to 350, while oven is preheating boil chicken til fully cooked. then shred, i shred it with my kitchen maid, but can also shred by hand as well,

    after chicken is shredded combine salsa,sour cream,soup, then divide about 2/3 to mix with chicken and about 1/3 set aside.

    after soup mixture is mixed with chicken start putting the chicken mixture into tortillas, depending on the size tortillas you bout depends on how much you put in i use large ones.

    once all desired amount of tortillas are filled roll and put into pan. then the left over soup mix you spread or drizzle over the top, then add red enchilada sauce then sprinkle on cheese.
