4boneless, skinless chicken breasts

4 sliceproscuitto ham

4 slicebaby swiss cheese (or your favorite)

1 cancream of chicken soup

1/4 cdry white wine

2 cseasoned stuffing mix

1/2 cmelted butter
How To Make chicken cordon bleu casserole (sallye)

1Preheat oven to 350º Lightly grease 9" x 13" baking dish Place chicken breasts between 2 pieces of waxed or parchment paper and pound with mallet (or edge of plate) until tender

2Place chicken breasts in bottom of baking dish Top each piece of chicken with a slice of ham, then a slice of cheese.

3Stir together cream of chicken soup and wine Spoon over chicken pieces

4Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken pieces Drizzle melted butter evenly over top,

5Cook uncovered in preheated oven for 1 hour or until chicken juices run clear when pierced with fork and top of dish is nice and crusty.
