This was originally a potato casserole recipe. I added the chicken breast to make it more of a dinner casserole. Serve with a veggie or salad on the side.

    chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cooked and diced
  • 1
    containers sour cream, 16 oz.
  • 2 pkg
    ranch style dressing mix
  • 2 bag
    bacon bits (2.5-3 oz. bag) real bacon
  • 2 c
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 Tbsp
    minced onion
  • 1 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 1 bag
    hash brown potatoes, frozen

How To Make chicken bacon ranch potato casserole

    Mix first 7 ingredients. Add hash browns and mix until potatoes are coated.

    Spread in 13x9 casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 45-60 minutes.
