Ingredients For chicken and noodle casserole

12oz. package of egg noodles

8oz. mushrooms, sliced

1/2green bell pepper, diced

1med. to lg. onion, diced
-
1carrot, grated
-
2garlic cloves, minced
-
1tsp. salt
-
1tsp. black pepper
-
4cups cooked chicken, diced

1can cream of chicken soup
-
1-1/2cans cream of mushroom soup

1-1/2soup cans of milk
-
1/2cup white wine
-
3/4cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chicken and noodle casserole

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and carrot in some butter and olive oil until tender.

3In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, pepper, wine and cheese. Whisk until blended.

4Boil noodles until done. Mix together the noodles, sauted veggies and soup mixture. Heat in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
