Ingredients For chicken and noodle casserole

    oz. package of egg noodles
  • 8
    oz. mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2
    green bell pepper, diced
  • 1
    med. to lg. onion, diced
  • 1
    carrot, grated
  • 2
    garlic cloves, minced
  • 1
    tsp. salt
  • 1
    tsp. black pepper
  • 4
    cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1
    can cream of chicken soup
  • 1-1/2
    cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1-1/2
    soup cans of milk
  • 1/2
    cup white wine
  • 3/4
    cup shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make chicken and noodle casserole

    Preheat oven to 400.
  • 2
    Saute onion, garlic, green pepper, mushrooms and carrot in some butter and olive oil until tender.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine soup, milk, salt, pepper, wine and cheese. Whisk until blended.

    Boil noodles until done. Mix together the noodles, sauted veggies and soup mixture. Heat in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
