chicken and dressing casserole
(1 rating)
Since I cook for two, this is a wonderful main dish casserole that can be easily be divided into smaller casserole dishes to bake one and freeze one for later. This is such a quick and easy recipe that I use it often and it's always nice to have spare in the freezer. The aroma of the casserole reminds me so much of my mother's chicken dressing that she spent hours in the kitchen putting together and baking. Add a side dish of your favorite veggies and you have a delicious meal.
