Ingredients For cherry grilled chicken

4-8boneless skinless chicken breat( or any cut you want)

1 candark cherries( do use pie filling)

1/2 cgreen onions ( greens & white)

1 tsppaprika

1/2 tspcayenne pepper

1 Tbspground mustard

1/2 tspground ginger

1/2 tspblack pepper

1/2 tspkosher salt

2 Tbspolive oil, extra virgin

1 Tbspapple cider vinegar
How To Make cherry grilled chicken

1Combine everything but the chicken into a food processor. Blend until all mixed and chopped well.

2Place chicken into a large ziploc bag ( depending on how many pieces you are using) or a large bowl with lid. Pour cherries over chicken, coat well and stick in fridge to marinate for at least 3 hour.

3Yes, the chicken will be a reddish or purplish color, doesn't matter. Fire up the grill and cook over indirect heat until almost done, move chicken to flames for a couple minutes on each side to get some good grill marks. ( Can bake in oven if ya want, I will say, 350 until done)
