cheesy chicken and salsa
This dish can be changed with how hot of salsa you want. Add some sour cream on you plate with some chips and yum. I slice my peppers and do my chicken either the night before or that mooring and then when it is time to cook it is easy. Love this dish.

Ingredients For cheesy chicken and salsa

2 cpenne pasta

1 lbchicken breast, cut into bite size pieces

1 jarsalsa, chunky
-
2 cfrozen corn, thawed

3green peppers, cut into strips

1 cshredded mexican cheese
How To Make cheesy chicken and salsa

1Cook pasta as directed on package. Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 2 min. Stir in salsa and corn. Bring to boil. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally. Drain pasta. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly add green peppers. Simmer for a few minutes till well blended and hot. Top with cheese. Remove from heat; cover. Let stand 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
