Good and not at all difficult. This is one of those go to when I am looking for something we haven't had in a while.

Ingredients For caesar chicken salad squares

1 canchunk chicken breast in water, drained (or 2 cups cubed cooked chicken)

1/2 cshreddded mozzarella cheese or italian cheese blend

1 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese

1 Tbspbacon bits
-
2 Tbspregular or reduced -fat caesar dressing

1 Tbspregular or light mayonnaise

1 tspminced garlic
-
1 tsplemon juice
-
1 canrefrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- GARNISH

1/4 ccaesar dressing

1 cshredded romaine lettuce
How To Make caesar chicken salad squares

1Heat oven to 375. In medium bowl, mix all filling ingredients until well combined.

2Unroll dough; separate into 4 rectangles. Place on ungreased cookie sheet; press each into 6x4 inch rectangle, firmly pressing perforations to seal. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto center of each dough rectangle. With knife, cut each corner of each rectangle from edge to within 1/2 inch of filling. Bring the points of each corner up and over filling. Firmly pinch to seal forming a square.

3Bake at 375 for 16-21 minutes or until deep golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet. Garnish each with 1 Tablespoon Caesar dressing and 1/4 cup shredded lettuce.
