Ingredients For boneless chicken fricasse in sherry wine

1-2 lbchicken breast, boneless & skinless

1/2onion, chopped

1/2green pepper, chopped

1/2red pepper, chopped

2garlic cloves, chopped

2 Tbspolive oil

1 tspcapers
-
1 Tbspcomplete seasoning

1 cantomato sauce
-
1 csherry wine
-
salt/pepper to taste

1 lgpotato, peeled and cubed
How To Make boneless chicken fricasse in sherry wine

1cut the chicken breasts into cubes and season with the seasoning.

2in a sauté pan brown the chicken cubes a couple mins ,add the onions, peppers, garlic, combine well.

3add in the tomato sauce, sherry wine, capers as well as salt and pepper

4add in the cubed pealed potatoes and simmer about 30 mins....serve with white rice
