I was experimenting last night, & came up with this dish. Wasn't sure what to call it, because it could be an echilada or a wet burrito. All I know is that it turned out really good. My sister in law suggested burr-adas, so wa-la! LOL!

Ingredients For beef burr-adas

1-1/2 lbground beef

8 ozcream cheese

1 cansmashed black beans (bush's)

8flour tortillas, burrito size

1 1/2 cmedium salsa(pace)

3/4 cmeduim taco sauce
-
1 mdonion,diced
-
1/21 Tbspcumin
-
1/2 Tbspblack pepper
-
1 Tbspchili powder
-
1/2 Tbspmexican hot chili powder
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
-
1 cshredded mexican cheese
How To Make beef burr-adas

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Brown beef with onions & spices until no longer pink. Drain.

3While thats working, dice cream cheese into a microwave safe bowl & add 1/2 cup of salsa & 1/4 cup taco sauce. Stir to combine. Microwave for 1-2 minutes just to heat enough to melt cream cheese. Stir well. Add to beef mixture & mix well.

4Warm tortillas in microwave for 1 minute in damp paper towel to make them easier to roll.

5Spray 9X13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Add remaining taco sauce to bottom of pan.

6Spread smashed bean on 1/3 of tortilla. Add meat mixure across beans. Roll & lay seam side down in pan.

7Add remaing salsa over rolls. Sprinkle cheese over all.

8Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, until heated through & cheese is melted. Allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve with your choice of toppings. (We had diced avocado & sour cream.) Enjoy!
