1 lbsmall red potatoes (about 8), quartered

1/4 citalian vinaigrette dressing

1 tspchili powder

1 lb4 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/4 cbarbecue sauce

2 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make barbecued roasted chicken with parmesan potatoes

1Toss potatoes with dressing in 13 X 9 inch nonstick pan; sprinkle with 1/2 tsp. chili powder. Bake 25 minutes, at 400 degrees.

2Stir potatoes; push to sides of pan. Place chicken in single layer in center of pan; sprinkle with remaining chili powder. Drizzle with barbecue sauce.

3Bake 20-30 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees) and potatoes are tender. Transfer chicken to platter. Stir potatoes to evenly coat with pan drippings. Spoon around chicken on platter; top with Parmesan.

4Using one pan to roast the potatoes along with the chicken makes for speedy cleanup.
